My seasonal, American cuisine is a personal and creative style of cooking, rooted in tradition, inspired by fresh foods and the seasons. The goal of Buz and Green Dog Cafe is to be part of the community and known not only for its cuisine but also its practice of environmental responsibility.  I buy the freshest ingredients available and source locally as much as possible.

Growing up in Northeast Ohio, I found the love for cooking at a very early age and have been cooking my entire career.  While coming up through the ranks in kitchens, owning my own restaurant was always a passion.
